The Advantages and Disadvantages of Mobile Phones

Mobile phones have become essential in our lives, offering both advantages（优点） and disadvantages（缺点）. 

On one hand, they bring great convenience（便利）. We can easily stay connected with friends and family through calls and messages, and use apps to learn new things, such as studying English or watching educational videos. 

On the other hand, they also cause（导致） problems. Many students spend too much time playing games or scrolling through social media, which distracts them from studying. Additionally（另外）, using phones for a long time can harm（伤害） our eyesight. 

In my opinion, we should use mobile phones wisely（明智地）. Set time limits for entertainment（娱乐） and focus more on their useful functions（功能）. Balancing usage is the key to making the most of them without negative effects. 

04 议论文

呼吁类（环境保护）

题目：以 “Save Water, Save Life” 为题，写一篇短文，内容需包含：

1.水的重要性（没有水就没有生命）；

2.浪费水的现象（不关水龙头、洗澡时间长）；

3.节约水的方法（及时关水龙头、重复用水）。

Save Water, Save Life

Water is the source of life; no living thing can survive（存活） without it. 

However, water waste is a serious problem. Some people leave taps running while brushing teeth, and others take long showers, using far more water than necessary. These habits waste a lot of water, especially in places where there is little water.

To solve this, we can take simple steps: always turn off（关闭） taps after use, and reuse water for watering plants. Every small action counts! （每一个小行动都很重要）Let’s save water together.
